At Botanical Skincare Lab, we are committed to creating high-quality, sustainable skincare products that you’ll love. We stand behind the effectiveness and purity of our formulations. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a money-back guarantee.

How it Works

Try Our Products Risk-Free: Use our eco-friendly skincare products as part of your daily routine.

Not Satisfied? Let Us Know: Your happiness with our products is important to us. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to me directly at kim@botanicalskincarelab.com.au.  Please include your order number and a brief note about your concerns., and I will reach out to offer you a personalised skincare consultation to discover the products best suited to your needs.

I'll work with you to find a solution, but if I'm unable to, you can return the product. To initiate a return, please email me within 45 days of the original purchase, and once approved, I will provide you with a return address.

Return Unused Product: Return the unused portion of the product in its original packaging.  Returned products must have at least 50% of the contents remaining.

Postage Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and original shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is received by us.

Once received, your refund will be processed.  Please allow 10-14 days for your refund to be processed.

Please note that the Happiness Guarantee applies only to products purchased directly from Botanical Skincare Lab via www.botanicalskincarelab.com.au.

 

If when you receive your order, the products are faulty or damaged, as per Australian Consumer Law, we will accept returns. Please send me email to kim@botanicalskincarelab.com.au within 7 days of you receiving your products and I will provide a return authorisation and mailing information.

Right to Refuse Future Orders:  We want you to shop for your skincare with total peace of mind, and we know most of you will understand and respect this policy. It’s just here to keep things fair for everyone. If we ever spot someone taking advantage and exploiting this policy, we may need to refuse future orders and/or exchanges and replacements. But don’t worry—this hasn't happened yet.

Promotional Gifts:  Every now and then we offer promotional gifts. If you’re returning items from an order that included a gift, you may no longer qualify for that gift and may be asked to return it with the other other items. If you would prefer to keep the gift let us know an we can work something out together.
